Owner
Wes leads the team with extensive business knowledge and 30 years of experience in the housing industry. He is a large part of the community and works closely with our trades and suppliers.
Gary Carroll
Co-Owner - Safety Coordinator
Gary is a long-time resident of Lethbridge and brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the region and it's communities. You will find Gary helping out on site and ensuring the safety of the team.
Marianne Carroll
Design Team
Marianne is part of the design team and brings a plethora of experience in choosing finishes, color theory and spatial development. She has an obvious eye for design and seeing your vision come to light.
Emily Salomons
Design Team
Emily has been part of the renovation team since 2021. She brings a wealth of knowledge in choosing finishes, colour theory, and spatial development. She graduated from Lethbridge College as an Interior Design Technologist and can complete 3D renderings to help bring your vision to life. A big part of her job is communicating your design goals to the rest of the crew and trades on site.
Paul Paiha
Construction
Our construction team brings over 50 years of experience and is there on site throughout the renovation. Framing walls, installing doors and windows and completing the finishing work.
